Toma the Hunter!

 

I am releasing my new short story, Toma the Hunter, on Amazon Kindle. 

And I am releasing it free for the first week. It will revert to ninety-nine cents by October 13th. 

Toma the Hunter is a prehistoric sword and sorcery story, here is the elevator pitch.

"Toma is a hunter who lives with his tribe in the grasslands. When he returns from a hunt, he finds that his village has been raided and his family taken captive by savages. Now Toma puts his hunting skills to use to track down the savages, battle against dark forces, and set his family free."

This is by far the most brutal and graphic story I have ever written. It has a Temple of Doom vibe to it, and I really enjoyed playing with the prehistoric setting. 

I am not certain that this is my best work. In fact, I feel like its missing something, but I suppose all writers feel that way from time to time.
